Cancellation and Refund policy


Thank you for buying our courses. We try our best to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover and purchase our courses.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Salezart ( or though Salezart Online Learning App on Android or Apple store), you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds:

-       Refund request can be initiated by sending a mail to

-       All refunds will be made to the original payment method through which the payment was made

-       Refunds will only be made after verification at our end.

-       Statutory deductions: All the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, taxes and cost of resources for the work done (if any), will be deducted.

For Self-Placed Learning:

-               Once a course is bought online, no refund request will be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

-               For those customers who have bought the course but are not able to start the course, we will entertain the request to extend the validity of the course by up to additional 180 days. This is subject to the customer not having started taking the course. We will verify this before extending the course validity.

For Live Webinars conducted by our trainers:

-       Any cancellation received 48 hours prior to beginning of the live webinar will be eligible for 100% refund after statutory deductions, if any.

-       Any cancellation received 24 hours prior to beginning of the live webinar will be eligible for 50% refund after statutory deductions, if any.

-       Any cancellation received with 24 hours prior to beginning of the live webinar will be eligible for 25% refund after statutory deductions, if any.

-       No refund request will be entertained once the webinar has begun

-       All eligible refund requests will be processed within 7 working days

-       Salezart reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event (live webinar) because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

-       In case Salezart cancels a webinar, 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days for those participants who do not want to move their registration to an upcoming batch at a new date.

Refund of excess/Duplicate payment

In case any customer has made excess payment, the refund will be initiated once the refund request is received. The refund will be made in 7 working days to the original method of payment.

Force Majeure

Salezart Consulting Pvt Ltd. will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the customer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

Dispute Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by Indian Laws.Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled by a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Salezart Consulting Private Limited, under the Rules of Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 or any amendment thereof and the venue of Arbitration shall be Gurgaon or Chandigarh

Validity of this policy

Salezart reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
